In some cases, Computer Care can provide remote support services. With your permission, we can remote control your computer via the Internet while you watch. Minor issues such as printer problems, software installations, and some malware infections can be resolved remotely saving you time and money.

Simply follow all the default install prompts, click 'for PERSONAL USE' when prompted, agree to all the terms, then look for the blue boxes with 'YOUR ID' and 'PASSWORD.' Give these numbers to your technician when prompted.
